In support of our applications we can provide the following associated
services:
Consultancy/System Analysis
Initially we would carry put a full and detailed assessment of your
business needs. This is provided in the form of an independent
"Discovery Document" and does not bind you in any way to proceed
with our products or services.
Full "Turn-Key" solution
For the project itself and the support into the future, we offer to
manage all other services not directly related to the provision of our
application. These include; Hardware supply, cabling services, 3rd party
support and a "One Stop Shop" management service.
Installation
The installation of the application will be carried out either
remotely, on site or simply by dispatching a disk to you. Creation of
a live and test areas and the provision of a remote access support link,
if required.
Data transfer/take on
If the new system is a replacement of an existing one, then we can assist
in the electronic transfer of data from the old to the new system.
Training
Training on the application can be provided either at your premises
or a 3rd party venue of your choice, on an individual or group basis.
Implementation support
This is an intense form of dedicated support provided through the installation,
user trials and just beyond the live date. Generally it can be carried
out remotely. However, an on site presence can be provided. It allows
us to provide a quick response service to issues and give you confidence
at a crucial time in the project life cycle.
Project
Management
To manage all the associated services we offer and to guide you through
the project life cycle itself, we provide a qualified Project Management
service that includes all meetings, reports. project plans, minutes
and general consultancy.
On going support
There are numerous standard Service Level Agreements to choose from.
You can select the one most suited to your business needs.
Alternatively, we can provide an individual contract specific to your
requirements. These services include free core upgrades, free
consultancy and the installation of a remote support access link with
an application called PC Anywhere.
